Changing A Belief (Belief Series Blog #4)

You should now realize that in order to change, you must:

1. Associate massive pain to the old belief you once had. Realize that the feeling of pain that you had is costing you in the present, and if you let it; can cost you in the near future. Adding a tremendous amount of associated pleasure can continue the process of a new and much stronger belief.

2.Create doubt. New experiences trigger change only if they cause us to question our beliefs. Once you question anything enough, you’ll begin to doubt it. Doubting leads to more thoughts. Those thoughts along with associated pleasure create action. Action creates change.
